MyUSAddress.ca provides storage and delivery services for consumers wishing to shop in the United States and abroad. Use our US border location as your US shipping address and start shopping with online retailers who may not ship to Canada. Receive instant messages (SMS) and email notifications when your packages arrive.

Self-Pickup & Storage Services

MyUSAddress.ca accounts are free. Self-pickup and storage services are offered out of our US warehouse in Ogdensburg, NY, USA [map]. Costs for the receiving and handling of packages are listed below (all fees are in Canadian currency):

MyUSAddress.ca charges $5 for general packages weighing between 0 and 20lbs, $10 for medium-sized packages weighing 21 to 70lbs and $15 for large-sized packages weighing 71 to 150lbs. We are a warehousing facility with loading docks that are 5 feet off the ground. When retrieving over-sized items, please ensure you have an adequate vehicle for loading. Items weighing more than 150lbs should be checked (contact us) with myUSAddress.ca before initiating delivery.

We also offer special pricing for tires. Receive one or two tires for $10 and three or four tires for $12. Fees are applicable to tires with mounted rims.

Can't make it down to pick-up your package right away? MyUSAddress.ca will hold on to your packages for free for 14-days. After that, your packages will be subject to a $1 per day storage fee for each package. All fees are in Canadian currency and we accept cash and credit card (Visa, MasterCard) payments only - we do not accept debit cards at the moment.

Other Costs: Duties & Taxes

Canadian customers who pick up their packages from our US warehouse assume full responsibility for transporting items across the US/Canada border. This includes paying any applicable duty and/or taxes.
